Questions, answered
Where does the boundary data come from?
Straight from each state's official government cadastre — the registered digital land-parcel databases run by QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and the ACT. The yellow line you see is the legal boundary, not a guess traced off the imagery.
Which states are covered?
Official boundary overlays are live in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and the ACT. Western Australia and the Northern Territory are on the roadmap. Satellite measuring and quoting work Australia-wide, so you can still measure and quote any property manually even where the boundary overlay isn't available yet.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only and every quote, customer and measurement stays exactly where you left it. Redeem a license key and you pick up where you stopped. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need an internet connection on site?
Yes, for satellite imagery and boundary data. LotQuote installs to your phone's home screen and works over mobile data.
What about refunds?
The 14-day trial is the full product with no card required, so you can prove it on real quotes before paying. If something is not right after purchase, contact support and we will sort it out.
