LotQuote provides satellite measuring, boundary display and quoting tools for trade contractors. You get a 14-day free trial with full features; continued use after the trial requires a one-time lifetime license key.
Boundary overlays come from the Queensland Government digital cadastre and measurements are taken from satellite imagery. They are excellent for quoting but they are not a certified survey. Confirm anything structural or legal with a licensed surveyor. You remain responsible for the prices you quote.
Your quotes, customers and measurements belong to you. We store them for you and never sell them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
A lifetime license covers one business account, forever, including updates. Keys are single-use and non-transferable once redeemed. Fair-use limits apply to expensive operations (for example PDF generation and boundary lookups) to keep the one-time price sustainable; normal quoting never hits them.
No scraping government data through our service, no reselling access, no attempting to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the upstream data providers.
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, which nothing here excludes), the service is provided as-is and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
