LotQuote ("we", "us") provides map-based measuring and quoting software for Australian trade contractors. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Account details (email, business name, ABN, phone), the customer records and quotes you create, property addresses and measurements you draw, and technical logs needed to run the service. Payment for license keys is collected outside the app, so we never see your card details.
To provide the service: storing your quotes, generating PDFs, showing government boundary data, and sending the emails you request (sign-in links, password resets). We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the Asia-Pacific region) and served through Vercel. Satellite imagery and address search come from Google Maps; boundary data comes from Queensland Government services. Each provider only receives what it needs to answer the request.
When you share a quote, anyone with that link can view the quote details you chose to send, including the property map. Share links with the same care you would a paper quote.
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your quotes, customers and measurements permanently.
